Location ok, 20 min walk from downtown at a nice little park. 4 stars is more than enough here. Great building but worn here and there. Had deluxe suite and large and nice but worn carpet with burn marks. the aircon which worked as it would itself and the cleaning ok, just ok. The internet at this hotel is a joke. I had to call 2-5 times a day to get the ball up but after 10 minutes it disappeared. It doesn't keep goals. Delivered shirts to the wash and told stains, the shirts washed but the stains still there, I had even brought some soap and water if I had tried. Wellness ok. The massage very much depends on who you get. the first girl / lady was pro and gave me 3 treatments with the best result. 4th and last halt useless Called the hotel and was told pool both inside and out flr I booked. That and the sun terrace I got yes. When I arrived I was told that there was no sun terrace and pool inside. Traveled by taxi to the beach on the Danube. Not recommended. High techno music and smells sewage. Last day, however, I discovered that there was a public pool facility behind the hotel I was not informed about. Furthermore, most waiters super acid except for a couple. Short summed. Learn service, a little smile and good morning should be at a so-called 5 star hotel.…
