Apr 13, 2008 I recently upgraded my laptop from Vista (internal modem) to a new laptop with Windows 10 (USRobotics 56K USB Modem). I was able to install Symantec Procomm Plus 4.8 and run correctly, with the exception, every time I close the application, I get a blue screen with a message 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.
