In order to determine the actual state Windows is in, run this command in an elevated command prompt and then paste the contents of report.txt in your reply:

Apologize but I do not finding any report.txt which is generated on my desktop even information on the web about it. Can I see how that looks like?

Since it is erroring out run a system file check to find the state of the OS

Please run a system file check(SFC) & DISM if you are on win 8 or higher
