Find the Version Number With Internet Explorer

The easiest way to find out what version of IE you're using is to check the version number from the About Internet Explorer dialog:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.​

  2. Select the gear icon or hit the Alt + Xkeyboard shortcut.​
